The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a deep understanding of the luxury lodge industry, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experien
ces.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of lodge operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction
• Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff to provide exceptional guest experiences
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tour operators, travel agents, and local community leaders
