Overview
Telekom Networks Malawi Limited has a wide network of Agents across the country to ensure availability of all our products and services, including airtime and Mpamba e-value as well as cash in every household and community.
Reporting to the Consumer Sales Supervisor, The Direct Sales Agent will compliment TNM distribution partners to improve the availability of its products in their assigned territories.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- TNM Agents rebalancing.
- Identification, recruitment and rollout of new TNM Agents and Franchisees in all markets in assigned territory.
- Daily management of TNM agents and Franchisees both new and existing ones.
- Resolution of customer complaints and queries in assigned territory.
- Reactivation and training of customers with dormant Mpamba accounts
- Enhancement of outlet and market visibility.
Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years in sales and distribution preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
- Competent and licensed motorcycle rider.
