Reporting to: Leaf Operational Services and Processing Director

Role: Permanent

Purpose

The position exists to manage the planning and analysis of processes from buying to shipping operations, through consistent, accurate and value adding leaf analysis, reporting, and monitoring. The role is responsible for continuous tracking of leaf operations KPI’s in contribution to the continuity of Leaf Operational processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support operations financial planning and budgeting
  • Develop seamless end-to-end processing planning, and inspections plan.
  • Drive effective E2E systems planning, process control to achieve uninterrupted process and full accountability of processed leaf inventory.
  • Provide ongoing support to JTILM management by analyzing Operations KPI trends.
  • Regular monitoring, analysis, and Power BI reporting of JTILM KPIs.
  • Liaise with various internal stakeholders and third-party company stakeholders, in generation of a workable processing plan for third party tobacco to be processed by JTILM.
  • Align third party reporting requirements and develop a comprehensive third-party report to be shared to third party companies for tobacco processed by JTILM.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree of any discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 Years’ experience in data management planning, analysis, or a similar field.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Good working knowledge of Power BI, ERP, Leaf Point, or similar systems an added advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills with high affinity for numbers
  • Strong Planning and Organizing Skills, Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication, Problem solving, Presentation, People management and Leaf Skills as an advantage.
