Vacancy 1: Accounts Payable Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Officer to manage the company’s financial obligations to suppliers and partners. This role requires someone comfortable working in a startup environment, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage invoices, expense reports, and payments.

• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts payable transactions.

• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with financial policies.

• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve payment issues.

• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
