Branch Supervisor (1 Post)
Job Purpose: Manage and oversee branch operations, drive membership growth, minimize member complaints, and establish partnerships with surrounding institutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise branch staff, ensuring smooth operation of banking services and effective support to members.
- Establish and maintain effective communication between the branch and the Head Office.
- Develop subordinate staff into an efficient service-oriented team.
- Improve efficiency and reduce default rates through continual service level enhancements.
- Implement monitoring systems for financial and organizational development indicators.
- Prepare and provide regular progress reports against targets.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Studies, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field, or a Diploma with three years of relevant experience.
- Computer literate.
- Presentable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
