Atlanto Security Limited, a leading provider of professional security services in Malawi, is looking for a Client Solutions Officer to join our dynamic operations team.

Position Summary

The Client Solutions Officer will play a key role in managing relationships with clients and ensuring their security needs are fully met. This role requires a proactive, customer-oriented individual who can design tailored security solutions, coordinate with operations teams, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, lasting relationships.

• Analyse client requirements and design customized security solutions.

• Monitor performance and address service issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

• Ensure each client site has up-to-date and approved post instructions or assignment orders.

• Manage guard deployment to ensure full coverage and adherence to contractual terms.

• Handle client concerns, incidents, and service adjustments efficiently.

• Conduct regular site visits to inspect service quality and guard performance.

• Uphold Atlanto’s brand image through professional guard turnout, conduct, and presentation.

• Ensure compliance with internal and industry standards and prepare performance and incident reports.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum MSCE

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in client service, operations coordination, or a related security field is a must

• 3-5 years’ experience at security supervisory level or above will be an added advantage
