We are hiring a Concrete Operations Executive to join our growing team in Lilongwe. This position focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient on-site operations — from batching and delivery to client coordination and quality control. The ideal candidate will be experienced, technically competent, and proactive in managing day-to-day operational performance.

📍 Location: Lilongwe, Malawi

Position: Concrete Operations Executive

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily concrete delivery operations and ensure consistent quality and timeliness
• Coordinate between batching, logistics, and client sites for seamless service
• Supervise site staff, drivers, and operators to ensure safety and efficiency
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor pouring activities and resolve issues
• Maintain compliance with all technical, quality, and safety standards
• Prepare operational reports on performance, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction
• Support the management team in optimizing production and delivery systems

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Management, Laboratory Technology, or a related technical field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in concrete operations, logistics, or site management
• Strong understanding of concrete production, placement, and quality control procedures
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license required
