Vacancy 2: Customer Support Officer
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Support Officer to be the first point of contact for our users. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent service, solving problems quickly, and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Assist customers with bookings, payments, and troubleshooting.
• Provide timely resolutions to issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document and escalate recurring issues to relevant teams.
• Support process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Previous experience in customer support or client-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
