Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debt Collection Officer located in Mzuzu. The Debt Collection Officer will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients to ensure timely repayments. Daily tasks include contacting debtors via various communication channels, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of payments and client interactions. The officer will also liaise with other departments to resolve disputes and monitor overdue accounts.

- Strong Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Understanding of Finance
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
