The Centre specializes in Electrical Installation and Electronics, with a strong emphasis on practical skills development, innovation, and excellence. CSDC invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Electrical Instructor.

Job Overview

The Electrical Instructor will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training in Electrical Installation and Electronics in line with approved curricula.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons in Electrical Installation and Electronics according to the approved syllabus
• Teach supplementary subjects such as Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Technical Drawing (TD), and Numeracy
• Conduct practical workshops and maintain accurate records of student performance
• Prepare schemes of work and lesson plans
• Collaborate with other instructors to strengthen trade programs
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Inspire, guide, and motivate learners
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications and Skills

• TEVET Advanced Level 3 Certificate or Advanced Certificate in Electrical Installation & Electronics
• NTT Grade One Certificate will be an added advantage
• Minimum of three (3) years’ teaching experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
