The Executive Assistant Officer
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide calendar management, coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and briefing materials for the General Secretary and senior leadership.

Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications; maintain confidential files and records. Manage executive correspondence, monitor action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion.

Support board and committee meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and distribution of materials.

Assist with project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.

Liaise with partners, sponsors, media, and stakeholders on behalf of the executive office as appropriate.

Maintain a professional image and uphold the club’s values, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Qualification a
-
At least 3 years of relevant administrative or executive support experience.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field (professional certification is an added advantage).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good language skills in both Chichewa and English.
- Familiarity with sports administration or nonprofit sector is a plus.
