POSITION: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient scheduling and itinerary management for executive leadership.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documents to support executive decision-making and communication.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, records, and databases to ensure accurate and accessible information management.
  • Manage logistics for meetings, events, and guest visits, including space reservations, materials, and hospitality.
  • Document meeting minutes and track follow-up actions to ensure accountability and progress on key initiatives.
  • Support procurement and inventory of office supplies, and manage relationships with vendors as needed.
  • Assist with staff onboarding and internal workflow coordination to promote smooth team integration and operational efficiency.

Qualification

  • Degree in any relevant field
