WE’RE HIRING

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

a) Preparing timely financial and non-financial reports.
b) Overseeing financial procedures, policies, and controls of SULOM.

c) Communicating to relevant sections any new financial regulations and policies.

d) Coordinating with the external audit during audit.
e) Ensuring all accounting transactions are maintained and reconciled periodically.
f) Ensuring all transactions have the necessary supporting schedules or documentation.
g) Overseeing administrative functions


Personal and Academic Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years working experience in an accounting field.

  • Knowledge of the Malawi tax legislation, accounting practices and policies.

  • Ability to work independently within deadlines, self-motivated and creative.

  • Excellent analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting packages.

  • Must be an active member and registered with a professional body i.e., ICAM or ACCA.

  • Must be a Chartered accountant.

  • Must have a degree in Finance/Accounting from a reputable and accredited institution. Those with a Masters Degree will have an added advantage.
