Sigelege Hotels is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill in its existing vacant positions as follows:


Reporting to the Hotel Accountant, the successful candidate Will, among others, be responsible for the following:

•Compiling and analyzing daily food and beverage revenues.
•Analyzing raised food order pads and system bills marrying dockets with bills, ensuring that all ordered food was charged for and at the corect pricing.
•Ensuring that all Restaurant and Bar machines/ cash registers and Hotel Master are programmed with correct prices and any changes in prices of items are adjusted accordingly.
•Ensuring that all revenues and covers figures are recorded correctly in the revenue journal as per system after verification.
•Ensuring that all voided bills are recorded and authorized by duty managers and recorded in a counter book.
•Ensuring that procured items on daily basis are being bought at the best price and best quality.
•Ensuring that purchase figures are balancing with the Purchases journal from accounts books.
•Conducting random checks on receiving sheets, invoices GRVs and physical deliveries for correctness and transparency purposes.
•Conducting stock counts in all selling outlets on daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.


•Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Hotel
Master or Opera
•Strong leadership and people skills
Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration.
•Those with 3 years’ experience in Food and Beverages will have added advantage.
