1. Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building
or calling in on the phone.
2. Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions.
3. Maintaining office supplies, calendars, schedules and records including setting up conference calls as requested
4. Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building.
5. Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients while
also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
6. Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
7. Handle filing and data entry as requested.

Eligibility Criteria Qualifications/Training

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related studies
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy role very similar to this position
  • High proficiency in use of computers
