Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Front Desk and customer support Officer. The successful candidate will help delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills which will be pivotal in fostering positive relationships with our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception
desk. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide information about products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Diploma in Business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
