Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Front Desk and customer support Officer. The successful candidate will help delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills which will be pivotal in fostering positive relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception
    desk.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide information about products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Diploma in Business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
