Position: Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Officer

Location: Kanengo Industrial Area, Lilongwe
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager

SteeCon is a fast-growing industrial products and services company providing high-quality building and engineering solutions in Malawi. We are looking for a creative, strategic and proactive Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Officer to support our brand visibility, product awareness, lead generation and social media presence.
Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual content for social media, websites, brochures, roll-up banners, posters and product catalogs.

• Manage and grow SteeCon’s online presence on Facebook, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn and other platforms.

• Plan, schedule and post daily/weekly social media content.

• Take photos and short marketing videos of products, factory processes and client projects.

• Develop promotional campaigns for online and offline marketing activities.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.

• Assist the sales and marketing team with marketing materials and customer engagement strategies.

• Track social media performance and generate basic marketing reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design or related field.

• Proficiency in the following, graphic design software is a must (Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro & Indesign.)

• Demonstrated ability to create clean, attractive and compelling visuals.

• Basic knowledge of social media advertising and content marketing.

• Photography and videography skills.

• Passionate, creative, self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
