Key Purpose of This Role

The Group Finance & Operations Manager will ensure IFK Holdings’ vision is executed by:

1. Overseeing subsidiaries and ensuring strategic alignment.

2. Monitoring financial allocations and enforcing discipline.

3. Enforcing governance, compliance, and risk management.

4. Keeping all subsidiaries aligned with IFK Holdings’ long-term goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, Banking & Finance, or equivalent) – mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking, audit, or corporate finance.

• Strong background in governance, compliance, and financial reporting.

• Experience overseeing multiple business units is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.

• Deep knowledge of corporate governance and risk management.

• Excellent communication and leadership ability.

• Highly disciplined, structured, and detail-oriented.

• Loyal, discreet, and aligned with IFK Holdings’ long-term vision.
