Atlanto Security Limited, a leading provider of professional security services, is seeking a high-impact and experienced Head of Sales to lead our national sales and business development function. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead national sales strategy: Develop and execute strategies that drive growth across different services.

  • Drive business expansion: Identify new markets, lead high-value negotiations, and secure major accounts.

  • Build and strengthen client relationships: Deliver world-class customer service and ensure long-term retention of key clients.

  • Lead a high-performing team: Mentor, train and supervise a results-oriented sales team.

  • Deliver insights and impact: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and executive reports while guiding strategic decision-making.

  • Champion the Atlanto brand: Represent the company at business forums, industry events, and strategic engagements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in senior sales or business development roles—preferably in security, FMCG, logistics, or other fast-paced service industries.

  • Proven success in leading sales teams and consistently hitting revenue targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • A proactive, confident, and goal-oriented leader who thrives in a competitive environment.
