Sigelege Hotels is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill in its existing vacant positions as follows:

HOTEL FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

Reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager, the successful candidate
will, among others, be responsible for:

•Welcoming guests and fostering customer loyalty to the brand.
•Developing high quality relationships with guests throughout their
stay.
•Handling any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot
be settled directly by team members and provides a fast solution.
•Oversees and supervises guest arrivals and departures with the
front office team and duty managers.
•Providing leadership and support to the Front Office Team while promoting a positive and professional working environment.
•Managing Reservations and Housekeeping sections.
•Providing high level of customer service and maintain a high profile in the day-to-day front office operations.
•Ensures that guest documentation and information is available
and up-to-date.
•Ensures that personalized service is offered to each and every
guest.
•Disseminating hotel promotions to the guests and departments.
