Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in payroll management, employee benefits, and performance appraisals.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR records and reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the transport/logistics industry.
- Knowledge of Malawi labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
