Overview
The Electricity Supply Corporation of Malawi (ESCOM) Limited is incorporated under the Companies Act Cap. 46:03 of the Laws of Malawi. It’s core business is to procure, transmit and distribute electric power in Malawi as well as manage System Market Operations in Malawi. ESCOM is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions currently existing under the Malawi Electricity Access Project (MEAP):
Interns – Positions (18) Grade: ESTI Location: MEAP
Duration: 6 Months
Minimum Qualification
Applicants must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from reputable institutions in any of the following fields:
- Electrical Engineering
- Civil Engineering,
- Marketing/Business Management
- Information Technology
- Social Science
- Environmental Sciences
Eligibility
Eligible Applicants must be/have:
- 35 years of age or below at the commencement of internship.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft package.
