IT Manager

Department: Information Technology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of IT systems, infrastructure, and security across the organization.
  • Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business needs and growth plans.
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and applications.
  • Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, data protection protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff across departments.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
  • At least 7–10 years’ experience in IT management, preferably in manufacturing or large-scale operations.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, ERP systems, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Proven track record in managing IT projects and system implementations.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
