Duties for this role

  • Based on business requirements and pain points, provide HR solutions to business departments, build organisations and talent teams that match business development, and promote the achievement of business goals, including:
  • Be able to effectively understand business requirements and pain points and provide HR solutions.
  • Develop HR plans based on business development needs, identify talent gaps for key positions, develop effective talent acquisition, allocation, and retention measures through standard and high-quality talent supply and management activities, and build a talent team that meets business requirements and has strong combat effectiveness to support HR practices required by business requirements. (including but not limited to talent supply, performance management, learning and development, people-job matching, incentives, and employee relationship).
  • Effectively operate and optimise HR processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or any related degree
  • 2-3 years ICT experience
