Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Management Trainees in our various departments. The successful candidates will be attached to the Human Resources, Commercial, or Operations Departments. The program runs for one year.

Role:
The main role of a Management Trainee is to gain experience in all aspects of their selected career.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with Credit in:

  • Human Resources Management or Public Administration

  • Engineering – Civil, Mechanical

  • Business Administration / Accountancy / Finance

• Must have a good command of English

• Ability to anticipate and react quickly

• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

• Good organizational and communication skills
