1. Price Surveillance and Promotion Officer

Locations: (2) Blantyre & (2) Lilongwe
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
The Price Surveillance and Promotion Officer is responsible for monitoring market prices, analyzing trends, and promoting products to targeted customer segments. This role requires building strong relationships with retail outlets and providing market insights to support strategic pricing and product positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular market price surveillance and analyze pricing trends.

  • Promote products and services to targeted customer segments effectively.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets and clients.

  • Prepare and submit detailed field reports on pricing and promotional activities.

  • Provide valuable market insights to guide pricing strategies and product positioning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or Certificate/Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or field data collection.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

  • Good understanding of local market dynamics in Blantyre, Lilongwe, and surrounding areas.


2. Warehouse Clerk

Location: (3) Blantyre
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview
The Warehouse Clerk manages the receipt, storage, and dispatch of commodities, ensuring accurate stock control and compliance with safety standards. This role involves supervising warehouse staff and maintaining orderly documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming maize and soya stocks.

  • Ensure proper storage, stacking, and pest control according to food safety standards.

  • Issue commodities based on approved requisitions and maintain accurate dispatch records.

  • Regularly monitor and reconcile physical stock against system records.

  • Maintain updated stock cards and inventory management systems.

  • Supervise warehouse labor, ensuring efficient handling, loading, unloading, and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Report stock levels, damages, losses, and expiries promptly to supervisors.

  • Ensure all warehouse documentation (GRNs, delivery notes, bin cards, dispatch forms) is accurately completed and filed.

  • Support internal and external audits with required documentation.

  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • MSCE required; certificate or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Business Administration, or Procurement is an advantage.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing or storekeeping, preferably with agricultural commodities.

  • Ability to supervise and manage warehouse assistants.

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory software is a plus.

  • High accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Physically fit to handle manual stock operations when necessary.

  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.


3. Van Salesman / Sales man

Locations: (2) Blantyre & (3) Lilongwe
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview
The Van Salesman is responsible for direct sales and delivery of products to customers, managing cash and stock on the road, and fostering strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell products to retail outlets and individual customers to meet sales targets.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and personalized service.

  • Collaborate with the driver for timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining precise stock and delivery records.

  • Plan and optimize daily routes to maximize sales efficiency and customer coverage.

  • Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and ensure proper cash management.

  • Keep updated product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

  • Submit accurate sales reports including stock levels, customer feedback, and operational challenges.

  • Provide market feedback to improve products and sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • MSCE required; certificate or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in van sales, field sales, or similar roles.

  • Valid Class B driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Good numerical skills and accuracy in handling payments and stock.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.

  • Physically fit to work long hours on the road.

  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy, especially with cash handling.


4. Accounts Assistant

Location: Blantyre (3 positions)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate

Position Overview:
The Accounts Assistant supports the finance team by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts promptly.

  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly financial reporting.

  • Support audits by preparing financial documentation.

  • Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents.

  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.

  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
