1. POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Department: Sales and Marketing
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Location and Number of Posts: Lilongwe – 2 Positions, Blantyre – 2 Positions

Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to grow our client’s market share, manage customer relationships, and drive product sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations

  • Meet sales targets and provide daily reports

  • Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or higher in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field

2. POSITION: GENERAL FITTER INTERN TRAINEE

Department: Maintenance and Engineering
Reporting To: Maintenance Supervisor
Locations and Number of Posts: Blantyre – 4 Positions

Position Overview
The General Fitter Intern Trainee will support the maintenance team in carrying out mechanical fitting, installation, and repair tasks to ensure optimal machine performance and reduce equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in routine maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment

  • Support installation and alignment of machinery and fittings

  • Perform basic welding, cutting, and fabrication as instructed

  • Help troubleshoot mechanical faults and report to supervisors

  • Maintain proper use and care of tools and safety gear

  • Support planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules

  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the working environment

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)

  • A certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field is an added advantage

  • Practical knowledge or internship experience in a mechanical or industrial setting is preferred


3. POSITION: EHS (ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY) INTERN TRAINEE

Department: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
Reporting To: EHS Officer
Locations and Number of Posts: Blantyre – 2 Positions

Position Overview
The EHS Intern Trainee will assist in the implementation of safety protocols, hazard identification, and promotion of a safe and environmentally compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in workplace safety inspections and audits

  • Report unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions

  • Participate in safety awareness campaigns and toolbox talks

  • Support the documentation of incident and accident reports

  • Ensure availability and maintenance of PPE

  • Help monitor waste management and environmental practices

  • Maintain safety records and EHS compliance reports

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)

  • A certificate or diploma in Environmental Health, Safety Management, or related field is an added advantage

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an asset

4. POSITION: STORES INTERN TRAINEE

Department: Stores and Logistics
Reporting To: Stores Officer
Locations and Number of Posts: Blantyre – 3 Positions

Position Overview
The Stores Intern Trainee will support inventory management, stock-taking, and proper storage of materials to ensure smooth flow of supplies within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming materials

  • Support issuing and dispatch of stock to various departments

  • Help with daily stock counts and periodic inventory audits

  • Maintain accurate records of stock movement

  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of goods

  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and alerting shortages

  • Keep the stores area clean, organized, and secure

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)

  • A certificate or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is an added advantage

  • Prior experience or attachment in a warehouse or storekeeping environment is preferred

5. POSITION: TRUCK DRIVER

Department: Logistics & Distribution
Employment Type: Permanent Role
Reporting To: Transport & Logistics Supervisor
Location and Number of Posts: Blantyre – 2 Positions

Position Overview
The Truck Driver will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of goods across designated locations, ensuring adherence to all transport regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain heavy goods vehicles (up to 20 tonnes)

  • Load and unload goods safely and securely

  • Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical and safety issues

  • Maintain accurate delivery records and logs

  • Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies

  • Report incidents or delays immediately to management

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)

  • Valid driving License class C1, E

  • Certificate in Defensive Driving or Logistics is an added advantage

  • Clean driving record with verifiable references

  • At least 5 years’ work experience


6. POSITION: MIS OFFICER

Department: Monitoring & Evaluation
Employment Type: Permanent Role
Reporting To: M&E Manager
Location and Number of Posts: Blantyre – 1 Position

Position Overview
The MIS Officer will be responsible for managing the organization’s data and information systems, ensuring accurate reporting, data integrity, and technological support for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain the organization’s data systems and dashboards

  • Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to support program reporting

  • Train staff on data entry and usage of MIS tools

  • Ensure data security, backups, and system maintenance

  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders

  • Produce high-quality, timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external requirements

  • Translate data and analysis into actionable recommendations for project improvement

  • Contribute to narrative reports and development of knowledge products for stakeholders

  • Support narrative reporting and development of knowledge products for stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in data management or MIS roles

  • Proficiency in Data Management Tools (Excel, DHIS2, Power BI, etc.)

  • Strong experience with reporting systems and visualization tools

  • Statistical software (SPSS, STAT, R, GIS Mapping, etc.)

  • Knowledge of M&E concepts and tools

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills

  • Good analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Strict adherence to the Company Protection Policy
