VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
M’mbelwa District Council wishes to inform the general public that it is filling various positions existing at M’mbelwa District Council. Therefore, M’mbelwa District Council is inviting applications from suitably qualified Malawians for the following vacant positions tenable at M’mbelwa District Council.
1). POST: SENIOR PHYSICAL PLANNING ASSISTANT
GRADE: L/M9
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be serving as Physical Planning Assistant (Grade M/M10) with Four (4) years experience.
2). POST: SENIOR ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
GRADE: L/M9
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be serving as Accounts Assistant (Grade M/M10) with Four 4 years experience.

3). POST CLERICAL OFFICER
GRADE: M/M10
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be in possession of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) with a Pass in Mathematics.
4). POST: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
GRADE: M/M10
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be in possession of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) and a Certificate in Community Development obtained from a recognized institution.
5). POST: SOCIAL WELFARE ASSISTANT
GRADE: M/M10
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be in possession of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) and a Certificate in Social Work or Certificate in TR Child Protection Work obtained from a
recognized institution.
6). POST: STORES CLERK
GRADE: M/M10
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be in possession of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) with a Pass in Mathematics.
7). POST: PHYSICAL PLANNING ASSISTANT
GRADE: M/M10
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be in possession of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) with a Credit in Geography.
8). POST: REVENUE COLLECTOR
GRADE: M/M10
QUALIFICATION
Applicants must be in possession of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) with a Pass in Mathematics. Those with experience in a similar field will have an added advantage.
9). POST: CHIEFS CLERK
GRADE: M/M10
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be in possession of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
10). POST: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
GRADE: M/M10
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be in possession of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE). Those with a Certificate in Financial Accounting (CIFA) have an added advantage.
11). POST: SENIOR HEAD MESSENGER
GRADE: N/M11
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be serving as Head Messenger (Grade O/M12) with Four 4 years experience.
12). POST: MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER
GRADE: N/M11
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be in possession of a Junio Certificate of Education (JCE) with Five (5) years experience and a clean driver’s license. Those with a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) have an added advantage.
13). POST: PHYSICAL PLANNING RANGER
GRADE: 0/M12
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be in possession of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) with a Pass in Geography.
14). POST: HEAD MESSENGER
GRADE: 0/M12
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be serving as Messenger (Grade P/M13) with Four 4 years experience.
15). POST: MESSENGER
GRADE: P/M13
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be in possession of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
16). POST: SECURITY GUARD
GRADE: P/M13
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be in possession of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
