Qualification

Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in administrative/clerical or operations support roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
-
Maintain and update operational records, files, and databases.
-
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation.
-
Support inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.
-
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
-
Monitor and track operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
-
Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Monitor the procurement schedule and record each item purchased for the stores/workshop.
