Position: Operations Clerk
Location: Blantyre

Qualification
Rab Processors Ltd – Partnerships for Life

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative/clerical or operations support roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update operational records, files, and databases.

  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation.

  • Support inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.

  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.

  • Monitor and track operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

  • Monitor the procurement schedule and record each item purchased for the stores/workshop.
