Atlanto Security Limited, a leading provider of professional security services, is seeking an Operations Support Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities within the Centre and Northern regions. The role supports the management team in scheduling, logistics, resource allocation, compliance, and client relationship management, while ensuring that company operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations, company policies, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate guard deployments, duty rosters, scheduling, and resource allocation.

  • Supervise operational teams, including client solution officers, duty officers, dispatchers, drivers, and Control Centre staff.

  • Mobilize new projects, conduct post-deployment assessments and monitor operational performance.

  • Maintain discipline, provide training, and manage staff performance.

  • Serve as liaison with clients, address concerns, and ensure service quality.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.

  • Prepare operational reports and track KPIs.

  • Coordinate emergency responses and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma/degree in Security Management, Operations, or related field preferred.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in security operations, police, military, or similar leadership roles.

  • Strong planning, supervision, and communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel to client sites
