Job Description

Trinity College of Health Sciences, a CHAM institution located in the northern part of Nsanje District, is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions:
Pharmacy Lecturers – (2 Positions)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• Registered and in good standing with the Pharmacy and Medicines Regulatory Authority (PMRA).
• Minimum of two (2) years’ working experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and support student learning activities.
• Teach and supervise students during clinical placements.
• Assess students’ performance both in classroom and clinical settings, and provide constructive feedback.
• Set, administer, and mark examinations, ensuring timely feedback.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching, learning, and assessment methods.
• Participate actively in professional development of teaching and assessment practices.
• Contribute to the development of new programs and course content.
• Provide academic leadership and participate in institutional committees and departmental activities.
• Participate in curriculum development and review.
• Mentor and support less experienced colleagues to foster their professional growth.
• Represent the department in internal and external engagements when required.
• Promote and expand both internal and external academic and professional networks.
