Supervise and lead a team of production staff.

2. Production Oversight:

Monitor and manage production processes.

3. Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality control measures.

4. Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and guidelines.

5. Resource Management:

Optimize the use of resources.

6. Problem Solving:

Identify and address issues affecting production efficiency.

7. Reporting:

Generate regular reports on production performance.

Education and Experience:

• Certificate in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a production supervisor or similar role.
