Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Manager located in Lilongwe. The Quality Control Manager will ensure that projects meet or exceed the expectations set forth in the project specifications, designs, and contract documents. The successful candidate will manage a team of Quality Control Inspectors and will be responsible for creating and implementing quality control policies and procedures to achieve project goals.


  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management on construction projects
  • Experience with construction procedures, building codes, and regulations
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead a team to achieve project goals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
