Position: Quality Control Supervisor
Location: Blantyre

Qualification
B.Sc.- Food Science / Biology / Microbiology.

Work Experience
5 to 10 years in Food Quality Control and Food Safety.
Rab Processors Ltd
Knowledge in ISO22000 Food Safety Management System and MBS standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of Standard Operating Procedures of Quality and Food Safety.

• Maintaining of Quality and Food Safety Management documents of all the Processing sections.

• Updating of Procedures and records from time to time and based on requirement.

• Compliance to Malawi Bureau of Standards from time to time

• Ensuring all the Quality control checks in all the Processing areas through Quality Control Assistants.

• Ensuring of Raw materials, packing materials and Final products quality and food safety and meeting the Quality standards.

• Conducting of Internal Quality and Food Safety assessments.

• Training on Quality and Food Safety standards.

• Support in Second party. Third party and statutory body Audits and Inspections.

• Doing other duties assigned from time to time.
