QUANTITY SURVEYOR

1. Preparation of tender documentation including take offs, technical proposals, and financial proposals submission of tenders.
2. Undertake cost analysis of ongoing construction works and advise on possible losses/cost challenges including potentials for recovery and profit.
3. Support on all contract administration issues including ensuring that all contractual bonds,
insurances, and documentation are up to date on all contracts.
4. Provide advice on contractual claims including valuing completed work, preparing interim
and final accounts, and preparing fluctuation claims for all projects.
5. Assisting in cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation
6. Spearhead and promote value engineering and management.
7. Conduct technical audits to ensure contractual compliance on quality, cost, scope and time.
8. Be a cost manager and adviser to the company.

Essentials

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years’ experience
• Those en route to Professional Registration will have an added advantage.
