JOB TITLE: QUANTITY SURVEYOR- NORTHERN ENERGY

Duties

• Preparing Bills of quantities
• Develop Schedules outlining the required materials for projects
• Lead the tendering prices, preparing documentation for project bids
• Conduct on-site assessments to assess the progress of works and implement valuation methodologies to determine the value of completed and ongoing works
• Actively participate in site meetings to stay informed about projects development
• Develop comprehensive tender and contract documents
• Prepare accurate and timely valuation claims for work completed on site

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in Quantity Surveying with 2 years’ experience or Diploma in quantity surveying with 5 years’ experience.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the electrical contracting firm will be an added advantage.
