Job Specification:

Receiving and attending to visitors
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Managing the switchboard
Attending to incoming and outgoing mail
Performing clerical tasks such as typing, copying, scanning and filing documents
Maintaining office supplies and records.
Keeping the reception area clean and organized
Any Other duties as assigned from time to time
Personal Specification:

The desired candidate should be able to double as a Secretary in a busy office environment.
She must be professional and of a very pleasant personality and of high integrity.
She/He must possess a Degree in Administration
Secretarial qualifications obtained from a recognized Secretarial Institution is an added advantage.
As a first contact person with visitors to Corporate Office, a positive attitude is very desirable.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a busy office in similar capacity.
