NICO Life is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to provide Sales Agency services in Mzuzu.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, the successful candidates will be responsible for:

Prospecting and selling individual life insurance products in the company’s portfolio.

Maintaining accurate records of policies introduced.

Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships for business growth and retention.

Ensuring policyholders remain active by following up on premium payments and maintaining quality standards.

Attending weekly performance meetings with the Team Leader.

Meeting and exceeding sales targets according to company standards.
Required Skills and Abilities
• Creative and innovative in a dynamic business environment.
• Self-motivated, with a strong passion for sales and business development.
• Computer literate.
• Good understanding of the Malawi business landscape.
• Goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience
• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) minimum.
• Diploma in any business-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in selling insurance products will be an added advantage.
