SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER

Join our team and be a part of the change as we currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team as Sales and Marketing Officer to be based in Blantyre.

Basic Functions

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Ensuring the growth of the company’s market share in the designated region.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches.
  • Providing regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the Southern Region.

Competence and Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of the Southern Region market dynamics.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in the sales and marketing field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
