Are you a highly motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for hospitality sales?

Malawi Sun Hotel & Conference Centre, a market leader in hospitality, is seeking experienced Sales Executives to drive growth, secure new business, and manage key client relationships within the lucrative conference, corporate, and tourism markets.

What You Will Do:

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), corporate accommodation, and events.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Represent the hotel professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hotel, tourism, or service industry.

• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• A self-starter with a proactive, target-driven approach.

• In-depth knowledge of the Malawi corporate and tourism landscape is a plus.
