SALES EXECUTIVES (4 POSITIONS)

Synthesis Agriculture is a leading provider of solar-powered irrigation solutions, committed to transforming agricultural productivity and resilience among farmers in Malawi. To strengthen our commercial team, we are seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join us as Sales Executives.

Positions Available: 4 (Two based in Lilongwe Office, Two based in Blantyre Office)
Employment Type: Full Time
Reporting Date: Tuesday, 9th September 2025

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales of solar-powered irrigation systems and related agricultural solutions.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within smallholder farmers, cooperatives, and corporate clients.

• Provide excellent customer service, including product demonstrations and after-sales support.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.

• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field from a recognized institution.

• At least two (2) years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture or renewable energy sector.

• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Mature, self-driven, and results-oriented personality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital sales tools is an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel within Malawi for client engagement.
