Are you up for a challenge and looking to join a fast-growing start-up? VITALITE Sales and markerting department is looking for a Sales Lead to join our Sales Team.
We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic individual who will be managing our Sales and Markerting team across Malawi.As a Sales Lead at Vitalite, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our sales efforts and ensuring our products reach a wider audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5+years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
