POSITION: SECRETARY

JOB DESCRIPTION

Felistus Gazamiyala foundation was established in August 2025 to implement programs to empower and improve the lives of young girls and women. These include provision of school materials to targeted children and safeguarding their rights to education, provision of business trainings and creating business opportunities to women. According to statistics women and children are the most vulnerable groups in the society therefore we would like to join hands in improving their lives by collaborating with local and international organizations.

POSITION: SECRETARY
Location: Mangochi

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To carry out all secretarial and administration duties for the executive director and other office bearers.

  • Maintaining diaries and taking minutes during meetings.

  • Providing administrative support during meetings.

  • Screening enquiries and request and handling them when appropriate.

  • Assisting visitors professionally at all levels

  • Any other assigned duties by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Business administration.
