We are seeking for a well experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at our farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our farm, including our livestock, employees and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Security patrols by conducting regular security patrols of the farm, including the cattle enclosures, barns and surrounding areas.
• Access control by monitoring and controlling access to the farm, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry.
• Surveillance by monitoring CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to detect and respond to potential security threats.
• Incident response by responding promptly and effectively to security incidents, such as trespassing, theft and vandalism.
• Collaborating with farm staff by working closely with the staff to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Reporting by maintaining accurate records of security incidents and providing regular reports to management.

Requirements

• Valid security certificate and training (retired personnel )
• Minimum Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• Security guard license
• First Aid Certification
• Previous experience in a security role
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures, including access control and surveillance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical fitness.
