About Us

We are expanding our thriving Lodge and Restaurant in Nkhatabay. Our concept blends European and Malawian culinary influences on the shores of Lake Malawi. Our lakeside restaurant caters to both in-house guests and restaurant-only visitors.

Our owners are culinary ambitious, and we have quickly built a reputation for traditional and international cuisine combined with excellent service. We are now taking the next step in establishing our Creative Kitchen and Farm-to-Table approach.

Requirements for the Role

• Proven experience as a chef or in a similar role

• Diploma in Culinary Skills or Hospitality Management

• Passion for creating excellent food

• Leadership skills and shift management experience

• Knowledge of food safety and ordering kitchen supplies

• Experience in creativity and menu planning

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills

• Pastry chef experience is an advantage
