Key Responsibilities

• Handle client reservations with professionalism and accuracy

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process

• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members

• Ensure attention to detail in all bookings and itineraries

• Support the operations team in delivering seamless client experiences

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred)

• 2–5 years relevant experience in sales/reservations within the tourism industry

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

• Previous experience in reservations, travel, or customer service is an advantage

• Must be a Malawian resident
