Job Title: Shop Manager Grade: SBS- 4

Reporting: Administratively and Functionary to General Manager

Main Duties

Among other duties, this position will perform the following functions:

  • Managing shop inventory
  • Conducting and monitoring daily sales.
  • Managing data on POS system and keeping proper sales records.
  • Sales planning and forecasting
  • Placing shop orders.
  • Customer service.
  • Sales target and budget implementation.

Qualification and Experience

Degree/Advanced diploma in business management related field plus two years of experience
in Agri-business or business management in general.

Note: Applicants must have knowledge of farm and general agricultural equipment
