Roles and responsibilities

  • Managing the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Implementing performance evaluation systems, conducting performance reviews, and working with managers to improve employee performance.
  • Identifying training needs, organizing workshops, and developing employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Managing employee compensation, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and managing HR databases and
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Reports to DoFA.

Minimum requirements

  • A solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is crucial for effective HR management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to interact with employees, management, and external parties
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality is
  • The capacity to analyze HR data and metrics to make informed decisions and develop effective HR strategies.
  • The ability to empathize with employees and actively listen to their concerns and resolving issues.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field and 5 years’ experience in similar position.
