The Role

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Supervise and guide staff to ensure high performance.
• Ensure efficient logistics and parcel handling processes.
• Maintain service quality and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare and submit routine operational reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Shipping and Logistics or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
